About the role:
This is an exciting time to join our growing team. We’re building a legendary brand that is disrupting the industry, and we need an e-commerce and digital lead to spearhead our growth online. To date, we have experienced insane organic growth online, and this hire is needed to level-up our digital footprint across the business. This is an opportunity to join our marketing team and work closely with our operations and sales teams to grow one of the fastest-growing e-commerce brands.
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting into our Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and brand awareness, in the UK and globally.
Key Channels:
* Managing our DTC store, creating a best-in-class customer journey and user experience, including, design, development and maintenance of our Shopify site, managing Conversion Rate Optimisation and UX/UI (working with developers), merchandising and product strategy.
* Maximise visibility and sales on Amazon, by managing our Amazon Brand Store, Product Details Pages, on-page SEO and Amazon Ads.
You’ll also support our Account Managers in growing our online customers, including managing digital marketing activities and optimising e-commerce content on customer sites, e.g., Citrus Ads, Ocado, H&B, etc.
Key Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
* Manages digital marketing campaigns that drive brand growth, including managing Paid Media channels (Citrus Ads, Google Ads, Paid Social – multiple channels, Display, etc) and Owned channels (Email and Content Marketing).
* Maximise brand visibility in SERPs, including on-page, content and technical SEO.
General Responsibilities:
* Strategy: Working closely with our founders and Head of Marketing to develop and implement an e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals.
* Analytics: Track, analyse and report website and digital marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Budget: Manage multiple budgets across digital marketing channels.
* Acquisition and Retention: Manage acquisition strategies to attract quality traffic and lead retention initiatives.
These tasks are subject to change and will vary throughout the role.
What you’ll need:
* Proactive and Independent: A self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and experimenting with bold, innovative ideas without the need for constant oversight.
* Excellent Teamwork: Experience working effectively in teams, with a collaborative spirit ideal for a dynamic work environment.
* Adaptive and Resilient: Comfortable in a fast-paced setting, able to pivot strategies quickly and effectively manage multiple priorities
* Passionate: Passion for our mission, strong bias for action and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Experienced: Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (incl., Shopify and Amazon) and experience on key digital channels; PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Content Marketing, Email, etc.
* Highly commercial and analytical: with strong reporting skills (incl. knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio and other analytics tools).
