Due to growth within their Client Services team, they require a client facing and highly organised Digital Performance Account Manager. Newcastle based role, hybrid working after on-boarding and training period £30,000-£35,000 DOE benefits Core working hours are 10-4, Mon-Fri Role Overview: As a Digital Performance Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing and nurturing these relationships. You will lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, ensuring that our services exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations to optimise results. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution of campaigns. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our service offerings. Identify opportunities for account growth and work towards expanding client engagements. Experience Requirements: Demonstrable experience working within a digital marketing agency is essential. Proven track record of leading and executing successful digital marketing strategies for clients. Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
