KS4 TA - Full Time Gloucester
Are you passionate about working with children and helping them to achieve their full potential? A secondary school in Gloucester are currently seeking a creative and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of children with additional needs, including those SEMH (Social and Emotional Mental Health) and Challenging Behaviours. You will work closely with the classroom teacher to ensure that every child receives the support they need to succeed.
The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, five days a week. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be expected to start from January 2025. There is also the possibility of a permanent direct contract for the right person, so this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term position in a supportive and dynamic environment.
