Our client, a specialist interior fit-out and refurbishment contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Sheffield. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, hospitality, and office fit-outs, they provide a full-service approach from design through to completion, project values vary from £300k - £4million.\n\nThis role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the commercial management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in fit-out and refurbishment projects, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
