We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Commercial team as a Revenue & Pricing Analyst.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to the successful candidate to contribute to our commercial success.
As a Revenue Analyst, you will Provide support to our RM, Pricing & Distribution manager in pricing our fares, maintaining our price management system, analysing our revenue performance and ensure that all of our pricing actions a properly communicated to key stakeholders.
You will provide essential insights that drive business decisions and optimize revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to the Pricing & Distribution Manager in developing and implementing Grand Central’s pricing strategy and delivery of a fares structure to maintain competitiveness and achieve forecasted revenue growth
2. Ensure a full range of competitively priced tickets for Grand Central’s train services are available for sale through all distribution channels and build strong relations with third party retailers and GC traincrew to influence and further leverage GC’s commercial objectives.
3. Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue data to uncover opportunities for growth and optimization.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational performance and revenue-generating projects.
5. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
10. Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
11. Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
12. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
13. An understanding of rail systems, pricing and revenue reporting is desirable.
Requirements:
14. Educated to degree level or similar
15. Permanent eligibility to work in the UK.
