Business Support £35k Sale (Office Based Monday - Friday) 23 days hol (BH) Fantastic Company, great opportunity Our client based in Sale are looking for someone to join their office in a Business Support capacity. You would be joining a 50 strong workforce of a very well established company, that live and breath a very positive culture and have a thriving office environment. The Business Support is a hands on role of managing and providing essential administrative support services, both client facing and internal operations, to ensure smooth and efficient processes across the firm. As part of the Business Support team, you will be working closely with the Senior Management Team and Finance Manager. Business Support Responsibilities: First port of call for clients - managing and redirecting incoming phone calls/ preparing rooms for meetings Managing client onboarding, including documentation and initial setup processes Managing departing clients (disengagement/ exing/ professional clearance) Co-ordinating internal stock supplies for the office Providing dictation and transcription support for senior staff. Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining records. Co-ordinating the distribution of posts and client records. Co-ordinating scanning documents/ saving to docs. Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks to assist various departments Responsible for petty cash Keeping staff logs upto date (daily attendance/ staff contact info/ desk plan/ car park passes/ birthday vouchers) HR Administration including new starter contracts, employee review monitoring, training and monitoring legislative changes. Working closely with the exisiting Administrative Support Assistant and Business Admin Apprentice.
