Service Advisor
1. A competitive salary up to £28,000 per annum, with a bonus scheme.
2. 28 days of holiday including bank holidays, with an additional day for each year of service up to 25 days.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive independent garage who are recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Chester area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor who can provide only the best level of customer service.
The minimum requirements for a Service Advisor are as follows:
1. A working experience within a Service Advisor role
2. The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
3. Customer-focused and an excellent communicator
4. Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
As a Service Advisor with our Client, you will be expected to:
1. Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
2. Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
3. Update Customers and Vehicle Records
4. Prepare and complete Invoices
5. Advise Customers on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
6. Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
