Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our client’s team as a Sales Progressor. This multifaceted role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to successfully progress sales transactions. Responsibilities: Progress Sales Transactions: Manage the progress of property sales transactions from the point of offer acceptance to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and all parties are kept informed of developments. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders involved in the sales process. Provide regular updates and facilitate effective communication between all parties. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the sales process, working proactively to minimize delays and ensure a smooth transaction. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures governing property sales transactions, including anti-money laundering regulations and data protection laws. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide informed advice and guidance to clients. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry, preferably in the Nottingham area. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving successful sales outcomes. Strong understanding of the property market, including current trends and pricing strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales in the UK.
