Position Details:
1. Part-time – 24 hours per week
2. Shift – 8 pm to 8 am
3. Full UK driving licence with own car essential
4. £12.00 per hour

About the Role: As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing overnight care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
5. Providing companionship and emotional support during the night.
6. Assisting with personal care tasks with empathy and sensitivity.
7. Monitoring well-being throughout the night and responding to any issues or emergencies.
8. Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
9. Administering medications as prescribed, following proper protocols.
10. Providing updates and exchanging information with other team members to ensure continuity of support.
Requirements:
11. A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to support others.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
14. Previous experience in support work is desirable but not essential.
15. Availability to work waking night shifts is required, with flexibility to work daytime shifts during the training and induction period.
16. Willingness to work across two or three different locations in Cambridgeshire in the future.
