Trade Counter Assistant Location: Birmingham Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 Benefits Hours: Monday - Friday with alternating Saturdays & Sundays Job Overview My client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Trade Counter Assistant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the trade operations, ensuring efficient communication and organisation within the department. Role responsibilities: Greet and serve all Trade Counter customers. Develop and grow a customer base. Monitor sales to ensure targets are met. Building an excellent knowledge of our brands and products to better advise customers. Regularly rotating layout within Trade Counter area to provide new points of interest for repeat customers. Working with the marketing team on promotions and special offers. Working with the ecommerce team to promote stock on online sales platforms. Ensure all work is carried out within appropriate Health and Safety guidelines.
