Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, working weekends per rota (Shift Times 09:00 - 17:00)

About The Wellbeing Lead Role:
What you will be doing is hard to capture, below are some of the key parts of the role:
Responsibility for supervising and managing a small team of Wellbeing Coordinators which includes induction, training, supervision and general oversight.
Get to know all our residents likes, dislikes and their greatest wish!
Manage the activities budget, including planning & delivery of fundraising events.
Build and manage relationships with the local community to ensure continuity of social connections for the residents.
Create working rotas to accommodate all wellbeing team members.
Evaluate participation across the home to ensure inclusion and opportunities for all residents.

About You:
We are looking for an individual who can manage a small team & strives to make a difference every day to the lives of our residents:
Experience of working within the care sector
At least 1 years’ experience working in a fundraising capacity OR activities type role.
Have a friendly & caring attitude.
Experience of working with people living with dementia
An’ ideas’ person who is inventive, who can ‘celebrate moments of magic.
Good planning & development skills
Excellent communication skills that bring people together.
Experience of managing a small team.
Have experience and understanding of health & wellbeing.
