Customer Service Executive – Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email ensuring all customers are responded to in a timely manner.
* Handle customer inquiries and orders, keeping customers updated at all times.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer orders as well as updates.
* Build strong relationships with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
Customer Service Executive – Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a customer service role.
* Have excellent communication, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
* IT literate, with confidence in using MS Office.
