We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Host and Site Assistant to join our Truro depot.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a personable manner and a can-do attitude. From general advice and support for customers to general housekeeping and monitoring of the site(s). The successful candidate will be required to work shifts Monday to Saturday between the hours of 06:15am to 20:45pm on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
Passenger/Customer Needs
* Replace out of date cards (and transferring remaining credited trips to new card)
* Available to accommodate to late night shopping hours
* Manage any lost property
* Provide customer information
* Respond to customer emails
Security and Safety
* Opening and closing of the site gates
* A.M. unlocking and P.M. setting of alarms in the buildings at both sites
* General site security checks throughout the day
* Serious incident reporting
* Assisting visitors to site, contractors for repair and maintenance etc.
* Gritting of walkways in inclement weather
* Monitor CCTV system (SIA training will be provided if required)
* Respond to any accidents onsite (First aid and vehicle incident training will be provided)
* Report number of trucks using overflow carpark for charging purposes
General Building/Site Requirements
* Keeping public areas clean and tidy
* Building/grounds fault reporting
Skills/Experience
* SIA Licence (preferred but training can be provided)
* Excellent organisation and planning skills
* Problem-solving skills
* Effective communication
* Excellent attention to detail
* Customer service experience
