Are you an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator looking for a new role?
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be expected to:
* Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demands.
* Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimise overstock and shortages.
* Liaise with suppliers to manage lead times, negotiate terms, and resolve any supply issues.
* Coordinate transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery.
* Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
* Work with sales and production teams to forecast demand and align supply chain activities with business needs.
* Ensure all supply chain activities comply with regulations and maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Address and resolve supply chain issues such as delays, damages, or quality concerns.
* Maintain clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding order status, inventory levels, and any potential disruptions.
* Identify and implement process improvements to optimise the supply chain, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
