Our client based in Uxbridge are seeking a Service Desk Administrator to join their busy Service Team to Provide high level customer service Answer inbound calls received on the service line giving customers a great customer service Action Voicemails left on Answer Machine Respond to emails received in the Service Inbox from external and internal customers Create Quotes for breakdowns and Services Close Service Reports Manage Account queries sent to Service Create and manage Return to Fits when parts are needed to fix machine and a return to site is required Process Worksheets that have submitted manually Manage Stock Adjustments Log Calls for engineer attendance. Create Contracts for Service Agreement Create and Manage Orders for cleaning products and spare parts To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business Be always customer orientated and to represent the company in the best way
