Salary: £25,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team in Southam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, processing orders, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain office systems and procedures
* Answering the phone and acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries
* Sales Administration
* Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails
* Process orders and manage order documentation
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
* Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role
* Previous office experience is essential
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
