Closing Date : 28th April Location: Nottingham or London Contract: Permanent (Full time, Monday-Friday) Recruitment Partner: Frankie McCallister-Lyas Overview: We are currently expanding our internal digital design and production studio – the award-winning B-Hive – which is home to a multi-skilled team at the heart of the Boots UK marketing team. We provide a wide range of content, imagery, video, animation and other assets for our digital channels. As part of this expansion, we are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to help support and deliver the operational and practical elements of studio production. Key Responsibilities: • With the Operations Manager, working through creative briefs that are submitted to the studio • Scheduling work across the studio’s resource, using our custom workflow management tools • Supporting and delivering the operational and practical elements of video, stills and asset production. This may include logistics, finance, personnel, equipment and/or content for productions, both on and off set • Ordering, tracking and returning samples and other assets needed for shoots What you’ll need to have: • A desire to apply your excellent organisational and process-oriented skills to help the B-Hive run as efficiently and effectively as possible • Communicate details and information clearly and effectively to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, working well under pressure and to tight deadlines • Comfortable working as an organiser and planner in an ever-changing creative environment. • You will not fear Excel or other IT tools, but be comfortable in using them to predict the future, maximise effort and bring order out of chaos (on time and according to the brief) • Educated to degree level or have an apprenticeship backed up by relevant experience.
