About the Company
A private equity backed, technology enabled asset and facilities management business that is highly acquisitive. Due to business growth, we are now looking to bring onboard a Talent Acquisition Administrator to sit within our People team. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to support our recruitment team in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth execution of the recruitment process and providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication, multitasking, and administrative skills.
What you’re responsible for Recruitment Support:
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone, video, and in-person meetings, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
* Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitmentrelated documentation.
* Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and job requisition data.
Candidate Experience:
* Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing a welcoming and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Manage correspondence, including application confirmations, interview reminders, and follow-ups.
* Address candidate inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive impression of the organisation.
Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and processes.
* Provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns, including job postings on internal and external platforms.
* Assist in organising and attending career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
About the Role
Talent Acquisition Administrator
Onboarding Coordination:
* Liaise with HR and hiring managers to prepare onboarding schedules and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
* Collect and verify new hire documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
* Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, application rates, and candidate feedback.
* Identify areas for process improvement and support initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Education and Experience:
* Further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role is highly desirable.
Required Skills
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Pay range and compensation package
* Salary : Max- £25,000
* 37.5 hours per week
* Location- Hybrid- x2 days in the office in Leicester
