Mid-Market Sales Consultant Our Mid-Market Acquisitions team are responsible for identifying opportunities with medium and large businesses (typically 25-100 users), generating leads and managing the sales process end to end. Through telephone and online meetings, the team promote Aerial Direct’s products and services to sell telecoms products. Building relationships with prospective customers. Conducting virtual meetings (video and telephone) and technical demonstrations throughout the sales process. Pitching, following up, negotiating and closing potential deals for telecoms customers. Maintaining records of all sales leads and appointments. Representing Aerial Direct during all customer and prospect interactions Educating customers on how products and services can benefit them professionally. Identifying referral opportunities for cross-selling of additional suite of Aerial Direct’s product portfolio. Maintaining a strong knowledge of telecoms products and understanding the wider product set at Aerial Direct. Use a consultative sales approach to understand customers’ requirements and how Aerial Direct’s products and services and benefit each potential customer. Provide and maintain accurate sales forecast to management. Adhere to regulatory and internal compliance processes and policies. Managing your own sales pipeline and prospects. Analysing potential customers usage to recommend products and services. Acquiring new customers for Aerial Direct. Occasional travel to customer sites as and when required (minimal). Ideally, you’ll have experience of: Experience in a business development role Used to working towards sales targets and agreed KPI’s Experience self-generating leads Perseverance and self-motivation Confidence presenting and selling remotely Negotiation and closing Ability to build effective relationships It would be great if you have: Strong knowledge of fixed line telecoms products Who are we? You’ll run through a few scenario based questions, and get the opportunity to ask anything you’d like to learn about. Step 3: Demonstrate your skills and expertise – You’ll run through a presentation with our Head of Mid-Market Acquisitions, as well as running through any last-minute questions you might have.
