Serviced Accommodation Manager
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week:
Sunday 10pm-6pm
Monday 10pm-6pm
Tuesday 12pm -8pm
Thursday 12pm -8pm
Friday 2pm - 10pm
Full-time, Permanent

Our client is looking for a confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join their thriving team based in Sheffield.
The key Duties of the Serviced Accommodation Manager:
* Ensuring that luxury apartments are kept up to a high standard
* Carrying out regular inspections and inventories
* Liaising with contractors and housekeepers to ensure jobs are carried out thoroughly within timescales
* Purchasing items that have been misplaced/broken
* Dressing apartments ready for listing
* Attending to and dealing with guest queries
The Key requirements of the Serviced Accommodation Manager:
* Experience working within property/hospitality/ is advantageous
* Full, clean, UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Strong, confident personality with a 'can do' attitude and a naturally organised approach
* Experience in being able to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and guests
