With a solid reputation in the industry, they are experiencing significant growth and require a skilled Project Manager to ensure smooth and successful execution of fire alarm system installations and upgrades. Fire Alarm Project Manager - Role and Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and deliver fire alarm system projects from inception through to completion, including installations, upgrades, and service contracts. Manage and oversee the servicing, repair, fault-finding, and maintenance of addressable, conventional, and GENT systems. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Maintain high standards of work quality and compliance with fire safety regulations. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and high customer satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to engineers, ensuring they have the resources and training required to complete their tasks effectively. Supervise and assist with system installations, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot potential issues promptly. Oversee project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and procurement. Deliver technical reports and project documentation to clients, ensuring all work is thoroughly documented. Fire Alarm Project Manager - Skills and Experience Required: Full UK driving licence (Essential) At least 3 years of experience in the Fire Alarm industry, with a focus on project management (Essential) Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, including addressable, conventional, and GENT systems. Proven experience in managing projects, coordinating teams, and liaising with clients. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Desirable qualifications: IPAF, CSCS/ECS, FIA, and/or City & Guilds. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. A positive, proactive attitude, with the ability to lead a team effectively. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
