What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced administrator who:
• can support the senior leadership team with all areas of non-teaching administration
• can enhance existing administrative procedures for the school and to be responsible for maintaining and operating agreed procedures in order to ensure that all statutory requirements are met.
• will undertake operational management of the schools GDPR arrangements working with the appointed data protection officer as necessary to ensure that appropriate information systems are in place.
• will support the designated safeguarding lead and safeguarding team in ensuring that the single central record is maintained and accurate
• has experience of working in a busy school office in a senior administrative capacity
• is an enthusiastic and hardworking team player
• has a strong commitment to school improvement
• is ambitious with the ability to motivate and inspire
• is committed to safeguarding all our children and their emotional well-being
• is able to communicate effectively with all members of the school community
