As Avove prepares to enter its third year as a stand-alone company, our approach to communications, both internally and externally, has never been more crucial as we continue with our Avove growth strategy.
Joining Avove as a Marketing & Communications Graduate, you will play a key role in our brand strategy, learning to use our guidelines to protect our brand and reputation whilst also promoting brand advocacy and providing support to the wider business. You will learn about the work both our internal marketing and communications team as well as our creative external agencies do and work closely with them to support this important aspect whilst also working internally with our accounts and enabling functions to develop content that can be used to create engaging communications suited to a wide variety of channels.

Responsibilities
1. Assisting with delivering the internal and external communication plans with a good awareness of planning, sign-off processes, and success tracking.
2. Writing, editing, and proofreading key messages and content for use across a variety of channels including the media and business reports and supporting social media scheduling.
3. Updating the website and developing new content including videos and image posts.
4. Sourcing images and suggesting ideas to support our digital marketing activities.
5. Keeping up to date with current digital trends and recommending improvements.
6. Analysing website and social media performance and providing reports.
7. Supporting the development of our internal communications newsletters and campaigns.
8. Supporting the drafting of content for press releases, case studies, and marketing collateral.
9. Researching, learning, and building an awareness of industry-wide activity and key stakeholders and communicating this to the team.
10. Supporting with internal and external events; event organisation, materials, merchandise, and logistics; planning, producing, delivery, and post-event analysis.
11. Assisting the team during incidents as part of the communications response team.
Area(s) of Responsibility
Working closely with the Marketing, Communications, and Social Impact team you will learn about how Avove operates and be supported in learning about and contributing to the role communications plays in our growth strategy.
Organisation
The role will join the Marketing & Communications Team, a crucial team at the heart of Avove. The team is tasked with managing and delivering the marketing, communications, and social impact strategy to help the business achieve its vision of becoming a £350m revenue business by 2026.
