Annual salary: up to £33,201.00 Plumber Exeter Full time, Permanent £33,201.00 per annum company van and fuel card About the Role: As a Plumber you will be providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. Ensure that the customer experience is central to all activities by adopting a professional manner when communicating with service users, clients, and both internal/external stakeholders This includes but is not limited to appearance, company ID, condition of vehicles and maintaining a high standard of Health & Safety requirements. It may be necessary where requested to obtain customer feedback on completion of works. As a Plumber to undertake response maintenance works on the ECC Response Contract including out of hours cover (approx. 1 week in 4). Experience required in all domestic maintenance plumbing, hot/cold feeds, waste pipes and soil stacks also including bathroom/wet room installs and repairs, hot water cylinder renewals and leak detection. Response and maintenance plumber – will be dealing with pipe work, fitting sanitary wear, Fixing leaks and renewing plumbing parts. Participate in call out cover if and when required to ensure contract compliance & service user satisfaction for emergency repairs. Role Criteria: A trade qualification in Plumbing. Domestic plumbing experience Tiling experience. Wet room experience including shower board installation On the job experience.
