Role Overview: This role involves leading and executing key change and transformation projects aligned with our global HR strategy. The focus is on process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and leveraging technology to enhance HR services across regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead global HR projects, collaborating across regions to promote a 'think and act global' mindset.
2. Participate and lead in global forums and projects, ensuring business needs are prioritized.
3. Identify opportunities for process standardization and simplification, applying LEAN principles.
4. Manage change projects, including transition and offshoring initiatives, from planning to implementation.
5. Develop compelling business cases for senior stakeholder approval.
6. Build and manage relationships across global teams, promoting best practices.
7. Utilize project management frameworks and advocate for continuous improvement and innovation.
8. Support HRIS system enhancements to facilitate self-service and process efficiency.
9. Identify and mitigate risks in HR projects, ensuring compliance and quality.

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
