As an Assistant Manager, you will be a natural when it comes to customer service; however, with our bespoke training, you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for them.
A number of management opportunities have become available across our stores, with roles based across the Lancashire, Cumbria and Yorkshire areas.
The role will involve the management of our store departments, and you will also be responsible for managing a team made up of Team Leaders and Customer Assistants within a typical shift of a Retail Store Operation.
Your role is to ensure the store runs efficiently with outstanding shop floor standards through great replenishment processes and exceptional standards of presentation, availability, and implementation of trading initiatives.
Preferences regarding store locations will be discussed at interview, and travel will be applied in line with our internal policy. Managers will not be required to travel more than 45 minutes from their home address.
