The role is responsible for delivering the strategic objectives at Addison Lee. It involves identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships including delivery of acquisition targets, managing key commercial and operational initiative and delivery of strategic change projects. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, commercial, finance, and operations, to align with business objectives. Commercial oversight and deliverables alongside managing the full project life cycles are key aspects, ensuring performance objectives are met. Additionally, the role emphasises leadership, clear communication, team development, and staying informed on industry trends to guide strategic decision-making.

Contract
Fixed term up to 12 months on a potential temp to perm basis.

Up to £120,000 per annum

This role is based at our head office in Paddington, situated by the picturesque and thriving Paddington Basin, and only just a 2 minute walk from the station. Paddington Basin is known for being a prime central London location with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to socialise and unwind in, be it during or after work with colleagues, you will be sure to have lots of choice!

Main Accountabilities
Project Management
Head up the Project team setting clear opportunities to identify and prioritise change opportunities aligned with business objectives, delivering these against timelines and budgets.
Strategic Growth and Development: Lead the development and execution of business strategies and integration processes to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion for Addison Lee.
Change implementation: Oversight and leadership of strategic initiatives to ensure effective execution of commercial, financial, and operational projects
Corporate Development and Partnerships: Identify new strategic business opportunities and partnerships that increase Addison Lee’s market share and integrate into our business
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with leadership teams in IT, commercial, finance and operations to align with business goals and ensure smooth execution.
Leadership and Team Development: Lead and inspire senior teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Market overview: Track industry developments and competitive dynamics to guide strategic choices.
Requirements
· Commercially focused with the ability to prioritise based on commercial/ business goals
· Previous track record of delivery of M&A opportunities
· Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion
· Effective communicator with the ability to manage varied stakeholder requirements
· Proficient in project management software and tools with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage varied stakeholder requirements
