Role: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Windsor & Maidenhead Salary: £83 - £100 per day Start Date: 15th April GSL Education is currently seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our client school in Windsor & Maidenhead. These positions will begin on 15th April. We are looking for passionate individuals who have experience working with children, young people, or adults with special educational needs, as well as in care settings. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Have at least one year of experience providing SEN support in a school, childcare, or care setting Be a dedicated, motivated, and talented educator Support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, helping them access the curriculum effectively Demonstrate a high level of care, concern, and ambition for our students Possess the necessary skills and experience to work with a diverse student population, including those with ASC and SEMH Be a positive team player with a great sense of humour Be committed to improving achievement and accelerating progress Provide support for SEN students and lead activities in both one-on-one and small group settings Have experience assessing, evaluating, and reporting on student progress To be considered for this role, applicants must: Be energetic and patient, with strong classroom management skills Have the right to work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application through GSL Education Be able to provide two professional school-based references GSL Education is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
