Job Summary
Interdoor Limited is an innovative and growing company in the UK industrial door market. We are seeking an experienced sales professional who is driven to achieve a high level of sales to join us. This role is to start, grow and then, subject to performance, lead a national sales team to grow our sales of industrial doors. The candidate will report to the Managing Director and possess a strong understanding of target customers, our products and sales processes in order to achieve our growth goals.
Responsibilities
1. Selling a comprehensive range of specialist industrial doors to a mixture of main contractors and customers with whom we do not currently work with.
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
3. Working alongside the company’s estimator and project manager to ensure all quotes are prepared correctly and on time, and help ensure each project is run profitably and to the customer’s satisfaction.
4. Visiting customer sites and providing detailed surveys with a solution-based approach.
5. Assisting in the targeting and, if necessary, presentation to architects to help the company and its products become specified on industrial door projects.
6. Reporting to the Managing Director (monthly) to review targets, KPIs and sales strategy.
7. Assisting the Managing Director when working on large tenders.
Qualifications
1. A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in the industrial door market.
2. Proven track record of achieving a high level of sales in the industrial door market.
3. Knowledge of and, ideally, close connections with a number of main contractors, architects, and customers who will purchase and/or specify our industrial door products.
4. High level of technical industrial door knowledge.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully negotiate and close sales.
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated and capable of working and travelling by yourself.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation
Salary: Up to £45,000 - £55,000 per year (depending on experience and track record).
Commission: Unlimited Competitive Commission Structure.

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year.
