Job Description
Position Overview:
To provide a costing service to the Firm, ensuring accurate financial management and effective communication with Fee Earners regarding Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute, and Statements of Costs. This involves negotiations and Assessment Proceedings related to costs budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting Bills of Costs in compliance with legal requirements.
* Assessing and responding to Points of Dispute, including drafting Points of Reply.
* Collating applications and supporting papers for Provisional and Detailed Assessments.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
