In this role you will be entrusted with the support of managing CBREs EMEA 3rd party Loan portfolio of commercial real estate loans. This includes monitoring, servicing, and accounting of the loan portfolio. You will have the opportunity to make strategic recommendations based on your analysis, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Managing commercial real estate loans in the UK and continental Europe. - Monitoring performance of properties securing the loans. - Ensuring compliance with loan documents by borrowers. - Preparing CMSA and other reports in respect to the loans. - Providing excellent customer service to lenders and borrowers. - Evaluating and preparing recommendations for lender consent items on loan and real estate related issues. Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience in the UK & European real estate finance sector, with a track record of managing real estate backed loans. We're looking for someone with debt due diligence and transaction management expertise, alongside strong credit analysis skills and the ability to present transactions to credit committees.
