What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process for permanent roles - from sourcing through to successful placement
* Building strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers across multiple locations
* Advertising, screening, interviewing, and matching candidates to opportunities
* Working closely with our internal team to ensure seamless service delivery
* Delivering results in a fast-paced, people-first environment
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in permanent recruitment (agency or in-house)
* A proactive communicator who builds relationships with ease
* Someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes
* Experience in the hospitality, food, or service industry is a bonus - but not essential
* Confident with ATS platforms, digital sourcing tools, and all things admin
