My client is a national top tier law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor to join their growing team in Birmingham.
In the role, you will be advising clients on a range of health, social care, and education issues, both contentious and non-contentious, by managing your own varied caseload of both advisory and litigation matters. This will include advocacy at inquests, Court of Protection hearings, and Tribunals, as well as getting involved in business development.
NQ Solicitors join the department on £57,000, with more experienced Solicitors earning in the early 60s + a generous bonus scheme. They also have a great benefits package including enhanced maternity/paternity leave, private healthcare, and 25 days annual leave with the option to buy more.
There is an emphasis on career development, and you will receive encouragement and support from the Partner to ensure you reach your career goals. You will have a good level of client contact and early responsibility. Client contact is more important than office presence, so the firm is very flexible with their work-from-home policy; you just come in as needed.
The ideal candidate will be NQ – 3 years PQE and have previous healthcare regulatory and advocacy experience.
