Graduate Shared Services Procurement
Start Date: 8th September 2025
BAE Systems offers a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. However, during the Graduate programme, you will be required to attend your site 2–3 days per week. Please note, this may be subject to change in line with business needs. Your line manager will outline the hybrid working arrangements, including which days you are required to work on-site or remotely.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Engaging with stakeholders across all business units to develop and deliver our global procurement strategies
* Supporting negotiations on existing and new contracts to ensure the best cost/service solution to the business while striving for World Class solutions.
* Managing suppliers to ensure there is a professional and effective business relationship with necessary metrics in place
* Performing elements of operational procurement such as requisition and invoice approval.
* Being involved at all stages of project lifecycles, starting with stakeholder and demand management, sourcing and tendering, and contract negotiation.
Minimum Requirements
As a minimum requirement, you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction/Quantity Surveying qualification or similar.

On commencement of employment, you will be paid a one-off non-consolidated lump sum payment of £2,000 (the “Welcome Payment”). The Welcome Payment is subject to normal deductions and will be paid with your first salary payment.
