Key Responsibilities: Assistant in the organisation of transport, parking and hospitality for school liaison events at COPC Provide support for School Taster Days and Welcome Day, in the collation of school pupils choices and producing timetables Support in the In School Campaign with the marketing team Support the co-ordination of School Liaison Events and activities, and their promotion in schools (pupils and staff) and COPC staff to ensure high participation rates Support and implement the calendar of school activities and opportunities for engagement, and resources appropriately Maintain a contact recording system in respect of schools liaison activities Work with the IAG team, Marketing, Wider Student Experience Teams and external partners to support school liaison activities. To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you: Good standard of basic education (English and maths GCSE pass or equivalent) Experience of working with employers, voluntary organisations and agencies Experience of working within an educational setting Experience of planning and delivering activities Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a team Have a positive and flexible attitude to work.
