CIS Security have a super exciting opportunity available for a Front of House Officer who will be an ambassador to represent CIS Security and the Customer by demonstrating and delivering high quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users. This impressive 36-storey landmark tower in the City of London includes retail units and one of the largest health-club in the square mile operated by Nuffield Health. There is also over an acre of external plaza and public realm areas. Information: Position: Front Of House Officer Location: London (EC2Y) Pay Rate: £14.60 per hour Hours: Average 60 hours per week Shifts: Monday to Friday - Days Job Requirements: An SIA Licence is required to work within the security industry. Corporate Security experience for at least 1 year would of course be an advantage. Must be Reliable, Flexible, Responsible and Punctual. Must also be able to work the rostered pattern, covering days, nights, and weekends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. An understand of good customer care. Good IT Skills (as all posts require IT use). Have a friendly, professional, positive, and can-do attitude. To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation. Able to work in a team as well as on your own. Have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet and use your own initiative. Able to carry out internal and external patrols as required. Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site. Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested. Job Duties: To take responsibility of ensuring safety and security of front of house and provide smooth service with minimum impact on the business. To provide a welcoming and efficient front of house service to all visitors and occupiers. To incorporate and embrace the CIS values. Signing in cleaners, couriers, contractors, delivery drivers and visitors. To be present at allocated position in the lobby at rostered time, immaculately dressed in uniform. Checking permit information. Carry out emergency processes. To communicate professionally and as a representative to residents within the building providing a 5 star service as standard. To be articulate and well informed and to ensure that clients and visitors needs pre-empted, met and exceeded. Able to provide great customer service to both our clients and service users. Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations. To help create and maintain a professional environment which is recognised by the client, tenants, and visitors for constantly providing an outstanding service. Help develop a strong staff and client rapport, by being available to listen, to assist and to support wherever possible and to react appropriately and promptly to either staff or client concerns.To be able to take responsibility and make decisions when required, being a role model and inspiration to others within the team. To assist the team to deliver a secure, friendly, and sustainable environment. To help ensure that all handovers are compiled and submitted as appropriate and that everything is in place and correct. To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
