* Establish and manage the PMO, ensuring alignment with waterfall methodologies and client-specific requirements.
* Develop and implement terms of reference for the PMO function.
* Ensure robust processes are in place for document management, risk and issue management, schedule management, and change management.
* Lead program cadence activities, including governance, scheduling, and facilitating regular meetings, project reviews, and progress updates.
* Drive the implementation of tooling to automate PMO activities.
Requirements
* Experience working independently within PMO.
* Demonstrable PMO management and build experience.
* Operational delivery and strategic expertise.
* Competent data literacy with the ability to analyze, interpret, and present data confidently.
