We are looking for a Service Advisor to join a family run Dealership. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them and understanding their vehicle concerns or service needs. Managing the service calendar efficiently, you will schedule appointments to optimise workshop productivity and prepare detailed work orders for technicians, clearly outlining customer issues and requested services while also providing accurate cost and time estimates for repairs. Throughout the service process, you will maintain clear communication with customers, keeping them informed about progress, any additional findings, or changes in estimates alongside handling any inquiries and concerns and working to resolve departments and customers. Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or similar role within the automotive industry is essential. Service Advisor: Skills and experience Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or similar role within the automotive industry. Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional and friendly approach. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive service processes and basic technical knowledge. Experience using service management software and a good understanding of workshop operations. Ensuring services and repairs are completed on time and to the highest standard. Handling customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
