Role Responsibilities
As Tax Partner, you’ll take a strategic leadership role, ensuring exceptional client service, driving business growth, and shaping the future of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the delivery of tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and owner-managed businesses
* Providing expert tax planning advice in areas such as inheritance tax, corporate restructuring, and capital gains tax
* Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key clients, acting as a senior advisor
* Driving business development initiatives to expand the firm’s tax services and client base
* Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the tax team, ensuring a culture of collaboration and high performance
* Overseeing tax compliance processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Playing a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the tax department and the wider practice

Candidate Requirements
* ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with substantial experience in senior tax leadership roles
* Proven expertise in tax compliance and advisory services across various client sectors
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth and innovation
* Deep technical knowledge in inheritance tax, corporate restructuring, and personal tax planning
* Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities with a client-focused approach
* A strategic thinker who can contribute to the firm’s vision and long-term success
