£31ph To carry out condition inspections of our council housing properties and other housing assets and ensure these are recorded on the Asset Management system for repairs, planned maintenance, risks management and asset management. Provide comprehensive, inspecting condition surveys using systems provided so the Council has very good data on the standard of its housing and other assets. To liaise with residents regarding carrying out inspection appointments and maintain the highest standards of customer service in dealings with residents. Ensure all Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) are recording, reported and escalated as required depending on the category. To work with other relevant officers and managers in the discharge of these duties. Carry out other repairs, planned maintenance and compliance inspector level duties as may be required. To work with the Compliance Team to ensure that all works instructed are compliant with current legislation in respect of Building Regulations, Planning, Asbestos, Gas Safety, Electricity, Legionella, Fire Safety and Lifts and all other statutory requirements
