About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead a team of HR Systems & Insights Specialists, ensuring seamless operation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing valuable workforce data insights to support decision-making and ensuring optimal configuration and use of all systems for the benefit of HR teams.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the HR Systems and Insights Specialist in managing and optimising HR systems, such as Workday and other HR Specialist Systems.
* Ensure the HR Systems and Insights Specialist is proficient with the latest advancements in each HR system and its processes.
* Develop and promote continuous learning within the team.
* Support with HR Systems Purchase Orders and Invoicing.
Requirements
* Leadership and Team Management:
* Able to lead and motivate a team, ensuring collaboration and goal alignment.
* Proficient with HRIS platforms system configuration, maintenance, and integration with other enterprise systems.
* Ability to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in HR systems.
* Proficient in using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to generate insights and reports.
* In-depth knowledge of HR processes.
* Expertise in process improvement and finding innovative solutions to optimize system performance.
* Experience managing timelines and resources to ensure project success.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
