We are currently recruiting for GMP Support Assistants to join the Manufacturing Support team. The purpose of this role is work as part of a team in the day-to-day production support activities, to support process continuity in the adherence to the production schedule whilst maintaining GMP, safety and environmental compliance. OXB's Manufacturing Team is responsible for the production and aseptic fill and finish of vectors, for our clients and partners, to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard. Your responsibilities in this role would be:
* Working as part of a team to achieve the production support schedule with minimal disruption to other activities within the facility.
* Maintaining the GMP compliance of the facility through regular cleaning, material transfer and waste removal.
* Supporting and maintaining the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning activities.
* Performing all work within the manufacturing facility in compliance with the facilities health and safety and GMP procedures.
GCSEs, and/or previous experience in a similar environment.
* Experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting would be beneficial.
* Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office environment.
* Good communication skills both written and orally.
* Ability to manage time effectively, being able to plan and complete work to schedule.
* High level of organisation and motivation with excellent attention to details.
* Familiarity with working in an environment requiring high levels of reliability, integrity and confidentiality.
