* £28,000 - £35,000 per year

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administration and looking for the next step in your career? Our client, a successful and innovative architectural firm, is seeking a Studio Administrator to join their fun and creative team.
As a member of our studio, you will be part of a diverse and passionate team, working on a variety of tasks across the business from HR, Recruitment and Studio Administration.
The role of Studio Administrator:
* Administration of the Recruitment process including: placing adverts, organising interviews, corresponding with candidates, interview attendance
* Typing of HR documentation including annual appraisal forms and review and HR meeting notes
* Assist with HR projects including staff surveys and analysis
* Booking and recording staff training events
* Health & safety compliance and certification
* Carbon footprint monitoring and assistance with sustainability initiatives
* Management of practice contacts database system
* Support with Studio facilities management
* Support EDI initiatives
* Assisting with organisation of internal and external Practice events including annual Office Trip and Christmas Party
* Reception cover
The ideal Studio Administrator:
* Previous office administration experience
* Degree educated preferable
* Typing min 40wpm
* Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Trustworthy / ability to maintain confidentiality
* Excellent multi-tasking abilities
* Self-motivated
* Punctual and professional
* Experience of InDesign and Photoshop would be beneficial but is not essential.
