Creative Account Manager – Health & Beauty

Due to growth, we have an opening for an experienced Creative Account Manager, someone who has good retail/brand omni channel marketing experience (print, digital, video, media, online, instore), to work with leading brands in the Health and Beauty sector.
Reporting into the Group Account Director, you will join an established team of three all working in a hybrid model (three days on site) and will be tasked with creating world class marketing assets for client campaigns.
You will be:
· A main point of contact for multiple key H&B clients with exposure to briefs relating to printed POS, e-commerce, OOH, eventing etc.
· Tasked with day to day briefing into the studio and management of projects from brief through to delivery ensuring quality and accuracy at every stage.

If you have good marketing experienced training can be provided on the H&B category and the printed products.
Primary Objectives:
· Project manage jobs from start to finish, paying attention to detail and being mindful of client requirements
· Take briefs from various client teams and ensure that all relevant information is captured – suggesting process improvements where necessary
· Build and develop excellent relationships with client stakeholders and internal
· Take a hands-on approach to issue resolution with the client and Group Account Director
· Utilise internal and client technology platforms
· Continually look at processes and self-improvements that will benefit the client and your development. Discuss with Group Account Director and take ownership in finding the solution
· Manage client expectations and aim to deliver exceptional service.
· Ensure projects are completed to budget and manage the costing and invoicing of client projects
· Continually look for other opportunities within your client base and ask for support from other team members as and when needed to ‘sell’ these in
Key responsibilities:
· Proactively challenge creative briefs, and where appropriate, lead clients in the development of the campaign briefs and strategy
· Plan and brief projects as requested by the client taking full responsibility for service delivery.
· Ensure a consistent high level of service is provided by the wider account & agency team, including the creation, presentation and rationale of briefs to the client
· Attend client briefing meetings as and when required, offering advice and support
· Work with the Group Account Director to identify ideas for improvements – reviewing in-store activations where possible
· Maintain and manage weekly work in progress schedule (WIP) and weekly update
· Manage system-driven invoicing, obtaining purchase order numbers for all jobs
· Support client and internal teams with any post campaign follow ups, issue resolution etc.
· Work with the Group Account Director to create any required business/client reporting or forecasting.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
· Marketing, Advertising or Communications degree preferred but not essential.
· Project management, comfortable working to critical paths and managing expectations and risk.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to prioritise work to meet client needs.
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
· Experience in business / project reporting.
· Good IT literacy.
