Job Description
* Processing invoices and managing the accounts payable ledger.
* Providing administrative support to the finance team.
* Assisting with the year-end audit process.
* Complying with all financial regulations and standards.
* Assisting with payroll administration.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Assistant should have:
* Demonstrable experience in a similar Finance Assistant role
* Proficiency in using finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
