Our Client
Our client, an elite US Law Firm, seeks an experienced Lawyer to join their highly ranked and expert practice.
The Role
* Manage relationships with fund investors, addressing investor inquiries, concerns, and requests, and providing counsel on matters related to fund operations.
* Develop and deliver a business plan for the growth of the UK Fund practice.
* Have management responsibility. Lead in structuring, forming, and documenting private equity funds, including
* drafting and negotiating fund documents, partnership agreements, and subscription agreements.
* Ensure that private equity funds comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and stay up to date with evolving legal requirements affecting the industry.
* Engage with existing clients of the firm to ensure they are fully supported.
Requirements
* Extensive fund formation experience from a leading law firm.
* Experience managing Lawyers, Paralegal resources etc.
* Able to handle a fast-paced and challenging environment
* Strong communication and relationship building ability.
* Have experience of managing a profitable fund practice
* Track record of winning instructions from targets
* Confident presenting/pitching
