We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Water Solutions team in Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter, or Plymouth. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering South West Water's and Wessex Water's £8 billion capital programmes, covering both water and wastewater (Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure).
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and deliver projects, ensuring they meet budget and schedule targets.
2. Manage contracts, including NEC forms, and oversee scope, budget, and timelines.
3. Handle change management, including documenting warnings, preparing variations, and negotiating changes.
4. Develop project timelines, identifying risks, dependencies, and resources.
5. Ensure quality management processes are followed across all activities.
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder engagement.
7. Oversee subcontractor and supply chain performance to meet project needs.
8. Lead bid management for design tenders and framework contracts.

Qualifications:
Here’s what we’re looking for:
1. Experience in delivering water and wastewater treatment projects.
2. Strong commercial, risk management and contractual skills and experience, e.g. NEC4.
3. A degree or equivalent in a related engineering subject, and/or equivalent experience.
4. Chartered Engineer Status (or working towards).
