30 hour per week, Mon and Wed 8.30am - 8pm and Friday 8.30am - 5pm We have a great part-time opportunity for a Receptionist to join our friendly Wirral Talking Therapies service in Birkenhead. Reporting to the Client Contact Centre Team Lead, the Receptionist will greet and act as a secondary point of contact for patients, as well as providing telephone support including carrying out reception duties. Duties and responsibilities Provide reception duties including welcoming clients to service and providing general (non-clinical) assistance to clients (including completion of necessary forms), providing a welcoming entrance and excellent customer service. • Provide administrative support and postal services for the team, to support with getting key documents to clients to support with excellent customer service. • Entering data accurately according to CRM programme requirements and service procedures. Process and complete missing data from the patient records onto the CRM and update GP surgeries in order to support with accurate data and provide a summary of waiting list times for analysis and improvement to service • Responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the multi-disciplinary psychological therapies team including managing waiting list, booking/re-arranging/cancelling appointments, managing multiple email inbox and replying to patient and clinical enquiries. • Undertake Fire warden and First Aid duties for the site, to support health and safety regulation / requirements. • Undertake any reasonable duties/responsibilities to meet the needs of the organisation.
