Accountabilities Install, test, analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize RAN equipment and solutions to achieve maximum performance and availability. Provide technical expertise for the development and deployment of RAN infrastructure, driving improved technical and service performance. Design and implement processes to facilitate smooth and seamless deployment of RAN systems and services. Supervise the delivery of third-party suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with RAN performance standards and requirements. Standardize RAN equipment to minimize disruptions and enable seamless integration with existing networks. Document RAN engineering procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of policies, processes, and tools. Adopt the role of Design Authority (DA) for RAN systems, ensuring the delivery of end-to-end customer solutions. Apply standard procedures and problem-solving techniques to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Incorporate a commercial perspective, focusing on cash management, resource efficiency, and return on investment. Key Skills RAN Systems Expertise: In-depth understanding of RAN systems, including 4G/5G signal flow, modulation, compression, and optimization. Transmission Engineering: Proficiency in backhaul integration, RAN transmission, and RF principles. Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technical information, and provide training or support. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and technical skills to diagnose and resolve network issues. Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and address system defects while maintaining accuracy. Knowledge & Experience Proven experience in RAN engineering or related telecommunications fields. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for RAN and transmission systems. Exposure to RAN technologies, including OpenRAN, containerized VNFs, and cloud-native solutions, is advantageous. Why Join Us?
