About the Role
Royal Holloway’s Marketing Group brings together its unique skills and talents, and embraces change, to creatively bring to life Royal Holloway’s stories; both to engage and bring in new students and showcase the University on the global stage. The University is in an exciting new phase, with the launch of a new strategy, RH2030s, and the brand new role of Head of Content and Creative will play a crucial role within the team.
You will lead the planning, development and implementation of high quality and engaging content that tells Royal Holloway's stories and positively impacts target audiences, and be responsible for creating a new framework to support it that stretches across the whole University. With your team, and influencing others, you’ll make a key contribution to the development and implementation of new creative concepts and maintain the consistent communication of the University’s brand, style and visual identity.
Qualifications and Experience
You’ll be an experienced marketing and/or creative sector professional, with a track record of developing and delivering successful content strategies and driving through implementation plans. You’ll also have considerable experience of all types of content production and a strong understanding of brand management, plus be confident translating technical subject matter into a variety of engaging formats for different audiences. If you have proven ability to work collaboratively, diplomatically and proactively with stakeholders at all levels, lead a high performing team, and show a commitment to outstanding customer service, we would like to hear from you.

The post is based at the University’s campus in Egham, Surrey, near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London. There is also a base in central London from which it is possible to work. Royal Holloway has adopted hybrid working for some roles and so some remote working is possible for this role.
